Write up offers with information provided by agent for their review to send out
Send out intro emails to all parties introducing myself, sending documents, and giving key dates.
Send out reminders to client
Take care of all communication in between deadlines
Change HAR status
Ensure all contractual dates are being met
Get in compliance and get CDA issued and to title
Get closing scheduled
Receive closing docs and upload them to your brokerages compliance system
